Executive meetings take place twice monthly on Thursday evenings throughout the year, with a start time of 20:00pm

The "Executive" consists of the five named officials, plus members from each branch, any member of a fully affiliated branch is entitled to attend Executive meetings, but only two per branch can vote. Meetings currently alternate between Zoom and in person, taking place in the Jack Charlton suite at Elland Road Stadium. Please check with the club Secretary before travelling, Any cancellations will be notified as a priority.

Meeting Dates:

First Thursday of every month: Jack Charlton Suite, Elland Road Stadium

Third Thursday of every month: Zoom (all links are sent to each branch pre meeting)

AGM: Sunday 6th July 2025, Eddie Gray Suite, Elland Road Stadium
